This mounts with 6 screws and there are five of the original brass screws and one that nearly matches included. The back is marked MC and their logo and absolutely gorgeous. With the decorative edges it measures by the actual shape measures by inches.

This breastplate had a lot of love over the years since it was the entry door switch plate. This peace is very heavy and it weighs a little over a pound.
